Terms of Service

Savby is a payment-recovery platform that connects to your Stripe account via Stripe Connect, monitors failed payment events, and automatically retries charges on your behalf using configurable retry logic.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@savby.app.

The Service requires you to authorise Savby as a Stripe platform via Stripe Connect. By doing so you grant us the permissions needed to read invoices, customers, and payment methods, and to retry failed charges on your Stripe account. You may revoke access at any time from your Stripe dashboard or within the Service settings.

Savby is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including the software, design, and content) are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that payment recoveries will be successful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the settings page. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via the Service before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
