Plans & Billing
Savby offers four plans to match your payment volume. All plans include automatic retry logic, email notifications, and the Savby dashboard.
Plan comparison
| Plan | Cases / month | Data retention | Custom retry rules | Slack alerts |

| Scale | Unlimited | 90 days |
Cases per month are counted per calendar month and reset on the 1st. See the pricing page for current prices.
Custom retry rules
On the Scale plan, you can override Savby's default retry schedule per decline code. For example, you might want to retry insufficient_funds every 12 hours instead of the default 24-hour schedule.
Configure custom rules in Settings → Retry Rules. You can set a custom interval (in hours) and enable or disable retries for any specific decline code.
Data retention
Recovery cases older than your plan's retention period are automatically removed from the dashboard. This affects what you can view and export — it does not affect your Stripe data in any way. Upgrade your plan to retain cases for longer.
What happens when you hit your case limit?
When your plan's monthly case limit is reached, Savby stops creating new recovery cases for the rest of the calendar month. Existing cases continue processing normally. Upgrade your plan before the limit is hit to ensure continuous coverage.
Managing your subscription
